VIRTUAL PRINT DISPLAY

 

 

It can be difficult to visualize how a print will look in the space you have chosen for it. For this reason, we are proud to offer a unique solution to help you with your decision. It couldn’t be easier. Simply choose your print size from the available sizes, then attach a piece of masking tape (matching the horizontal length of your print) on the wall you want to display it on. Then email us a photograph of the wall/space. We will digitally insert your potential print into the photograph and send it back to you so you can make a more informed decision.

 

Have multiple prints in mind, but are having a difficult time deciding between them? We’ll happily make a Virtual Print Display for each option.

 

Tips for using our Virtual Print Display service:

  • Be sure to include ‘Virtual Print Display’ in your email ‘Subject’ line.

  • Take your photograph of your wall/space in even, shaded lighting.

  • Consider sending us multiple angles to get a better idea of how your print will look.

  • Use a masking tape that stands out from your wall color.

  • Make sure the masking tape length matches the horizontal (width) measurement of the print you are interested in.

Reef Prints are available for purchase through select locations; You can order a Reef Print through our online gallery, or any of our authorized Gallery Partners though out the US that distribute on our behalf. A typical print sale is handled through our automated and highly secure website-based checkout system. To Purchase online, simply click on desired print, chose size and style options, add to cart, checkout and pay. If you would prefer to make a purchase over the phone, please contact the studio at 718 892 2118 and we will be happy to complete the purchase with you. In order to accurately document every limited edition print sale, we will contact you directly after your purchase is complete. If you have any questions about making a print purchase, do not hesitate to contact us. Our mission is to exceed your expectations.

Our accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express or personal check. We are also happy to offer special financing options for print purchases, through PayPal. This allows you to make installment payments over time or to defer payment until a later date.

 

 

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIMES

 

 

We promise amazing art, quality prints, solid authenticity, and especially because our Limited Edition Collector Series are custom ordered specifically to your preference, we typically require up to please 2-3 weeks for delivery within the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii and international locations may take an additional two weeks for final delivery. However, pending on the number of pieces ordered, or the chance that Marc might be traveling at the time we receive your order and is not available for his signature, unforeseen factors might cause delivery to run later than expected, If this is the case, we will contact you with an updated delivery timeframe estimate. If you have an event, birthday, or special occasion and you require the print to arrive at a specific time please make sure to let us know. Rush orders may be available, but do carry an additional ‘rush charge’.

 

The following shipping information pertains to all of our print products: Before shipping, your artwork will be inspected against an eight-point checklist to ensure every aspect of the piece is exceptional. Our limited edition canvas gallery artwork checklist ensures:

  • Colors and levels are precise

  • Frames are built to perfection

  • UV coating is applied evenly

  • No white spots are evident on the canvas

  • The canvas surface is smooth, except for typical canvas imperfections

  • Corners are folded tightly

  • Canvas is stretched perfectly

  • Prints are packed, boxed or crated carefully for maximum protection.

  • Our products are shipped and fully insured via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

  • Shipping & Taxes are not included and will be calculated based on final destination of the order.

  • Within the continental U.S. shipping rates vary by size, weight and distance. Shipping and handling costs are calculated automatically when you place the order.

  • Residents of Alaska, Hawaii and international locations please contact us for rates.

OUR GAURANTEE

 

 

If for ANY reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, let us know within 30 days of receipt, and we will be happy to issue a full refund upon its safe return to our studio. In order to insure that you receive your full refund the print must be returned in its original packaging, and in the same condition it was shipped in. If damage has occurred, we will subtract 20% from your total order for production costs on any credit issued will be adjusted by the appropriate amount. Unfortunately, shipping charges cannot be refunded. We guarantee every aspect of our work will be free of any defects in product or craftsmanship. If you receive a print damaged in shipping, we will replace this print at no charge. Refunds will not be given for prints damaged due to neglectful storage or incompetence on the handlers or purchasers side. Prints should always be stored or displayed in a dry room out of direct sunshine in order to protect their shelf life. We highly recommend working with a professional and experienced framer for customers that purchase ‘bare’ prints. They can help you make display choices that will not only accentuate the natural beauty of the image and match your home/office decor, but also protect the image by using archival quality materials to ensure that your art will have a long and healthy lifespan; gracing your walls for several generations. We also highly recommend not removing any rolled prints from their protective shipping container. Trust your framing specialist to handle your print until it is fully framed and ready for display.

 

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

 

 

 In the unusual event of a damaged or incorrect order call us as soon as possible at 718.892.2118 You may also contact us via Information@ReefPrints.com Please provide us with your name, contact information, and order number. In the case of a damaged image, please keep the box, so that the carrier has a chance to inspect it. Regardless of how the damage occurred, it is our policy to correct the damage. We ask that you place the product back into the original packaging materials. We will issue a call tag for the shipping company to come and retrieve the package. We will reship your replacement as soon as the original order is received. The same repackage and call tag procedure is to be followed for incorrect orders. If your print arrives damaged you MUST contact me within 10 business days of delivery to receive a full refund or replacement.**
